Our undergraduate programs are designed for students who are:
- Majoring in nutrition and food science who are interested in entering nutrition, food science and health care professions
- Interested in entering the dietetics field
- Majoring in nutrition and food science to enter non-technical positions in a variety of food businesses.
The bachelor of science degree is obtained by nutrition and food science or dietetic majors while the bachelor of arts requires less extensive coursework in the sciences.

Accelerated Graduate Enrollment (AGRADE)
Qualified senior undergraduates having a GPA of not less than 3.5 may enroll simultaneously in the undergraduate and graduate programs and apply a maximum of 16 credits towards both the bachelor's and master's in nutrition and food science. Students may apply for the program as soon as they complete 90 credits toward the undergraduate degree. Graduate courses taken as part of the AGRADE program are assessed at the undergraduate tuition rate.
