Minor in Global Health and Social Medicine

The global health and social medicine minor will explore the relationship between human rights and health and pays special attention to the factors contributing to health inequities locally and globally. The skills and training that students will receive in the minor are transferable to careers in a variety of health-related fields including medicine, nursing, public health and social work.
