Variety and flexibility are the keystones of our undergraduate program, which is designed to accommodate the multiple interests and pre-professional needs of our diverse student population.
All members of our dedicated and productive faculty teach undergraduate courses. The English department values undergraduate teaching and our instructors are among the most engaging, creative, and challenging at the university. Undergraduates benefit from one-on-one interactions with faculty who are active in their fields. We offer opportunities for individual honors projects and support the development of undergraduate research.
