Graduate Certificate in Economic Development
The economic development certificate is designed for students who wish to combine a graduate degree (master's or Ph.D.) with a specialty in urban, regional and state economic development.
Eligible students are those who already have a graduate degree, or who are pursuing graduate studies in one of five units on campus: business administration, economics, political science, industrial relations, and urban planning.
This tool provides a broad overview of how major selection can lead to careers and is provided without any implied promise of employment. Some careers will require further education, skills, or competencies. Actual salaries may vary significantly between similar employers and could change by graduation, as could employment opportunities and job titles.
