Barber IRP Publication Funds Application

Past participants in the Richard Barber Interdisciplinary Research Program may be eligible for financial support to publish their Barber-funded research in a peer-reviewed scientific journal. Undergraduate students must be co-authors or acknowledged in the manuscript. The Richard Barber Interdisciplinary Research Program must be acknowledged.

These funds are designed to incentivize students to publish their work. There is no deadline for this application; funds will be distributed until they run out.

To apply for publication funds, please check the program website to ensure this funding mechanism is still active, then complete this form. In this form, please share a preprint of the manuscript and proof of its acceptance for publication.

Funds will be transferred into an index account controlled by a WSU faculty member. Up to $1,000 per publication may be requested to pay for up to 50% of the publication fees.

Submissions will be accepted starting on October 21, 2024 at 12:00 am.
