Math majors/minors are encouraged to apply for tutoring positions in the MRC if they have satisfied the following criteria:

  • Overall and mathematics GPA of 3.0
  • Completed MAT 2020 before applying

STEM majors in other areas may apply as well if mathematics is heavily utilized in their field of study, they satisfy the criteria above, and they have a strong background in statistics. However, preference will be given to those that have a double major or minor in mathematics.
