Minor in Forensics and Investigation
The interdisciplinary forensics and investigations minor is designed primarily for future investigators or those pursuing related roles (e.g., police officers or court officers). It provides a foundational understanding of the interrelated investigative and forensic techniques used in criminal investigations.
Students learn interviewing and interrogation tactics, the criminal investigation process, and explore laboratory forensics. After the completion of the required 21 credits, students receive the notation of this minor on their transcript.
