Future students: Undergraduate admissions

Wayne State is proud to admit students who cultivate a culture of exuberant curiosity that drives the chemistry community to better understand the ways we teach, research and communicate how chemistry impacts the world around us.

Our undergraduates take part in research activities throughout the department and push projects into new areas and questions that would not be asked without their involvement. Chemistry and biochemistry undergraduate students at Wayne State engage with the broader community in Metro Detroit and beyond through their organizations to educate and motivate the generation of scientists. They even made the world's largest periodic table!
