M.U.P. student Amy Farkas lands prestigious internship with Kresge Foundation
Another student will be interning this summer with a prestigious national organization. Amy Farkas will assist The Kresge Foundation by supporting the Arts and Culture Program with the Arts, Culture and Community Revitalization: Strategic Learning and Evaluation Project.
Amy will have the opportunity to shadow the associate program officer through the grant review process, attending team and foundation-wide meetings and select site visits. She will work directly with the senior advisor to the Arts and Culture Team and the associate program officer.
This is an excellent opportunity for Amy to hone analytical skills, explore the evaluation research fields, become familiar with philanthropy, and become immersed in the emerging field of creative placemaking at the cutting edge of arts and community development practices.
