Dr. Cacace invited to present a Master Class on Auditory Processing at University College London
Anthony T. Cacace, Ph.D., professor of Communication Sciences & Disorders and Director of the Hearing Science Laboratory, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences was invited to present a Master Class on Auditory Processing and its Disorders at the symposium, "Auditory Processing and Language Disorders: Current Science and Clinical Practice," October 9-11, 2012 at University College London, UK .
With his long-time collaborator, Dr. Dennis J. McFarland, research scientist in Laboratory of Neural Injury and Repair, the Wadsworth Labs, New York State Health Department and others (various scientists and clinicians), Dr. Cacace and colleagues have published over 41 journal articles, 13 book chapters, and 1 edited book on this topic. Participation in this symposium will culminate in a discussion of relevant issues, establishment of collaborations with other international experts and organizations, and pave the way for further advancements in this area.
