2016 Kopp Lecture Success
George Kopp Memorial Lecture and Luncheon-2016
Dr. Cheryl Messick and Dr. Elaine Mormer from the University of Pittsburgh presented a workshop on "Clinical Teaching through Evidence Based Practice." Research evidence was presented in the areas of relationships, expectations and goals, critical thinking skills, and feedback. Opportunities for practical application were provided. The lecture was co sponsored by the Division of Audiology at Henry Ford Hospital. Attendees included alumni, community instructors, faculty, students, speech-language pathologists and audiologists. A luncheon followed the morning lecture in the newly renovated Student Center Building.
