History faculty win BOG Awards

History Professors Ash Faue and Hart at BOG award ceremony

Three history faculty have been awarded Board of Governors' Faculty Recognition Awards for 2018.

Eric Ash, for his book, The Draining of the Fens: Projectors, Popular Politics and State Building in Early Modern England (Johns Hopkins University Press 2017).

Jennifer Hart, for her book, Ghana on the Go: African Mobility in the Age of Motor Transportation (Indiana University Press, 2016).

Department Chair, Elizabeth Faue, for her book, Rethinking the American Labor Movement (Routledge 2017), which was nominated by the Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies Program.
