Two English professors receive Board of Governors Award
Two professors of creative writing in the Department of English have been awarded the 2021 Board of Governors Faculty Recognition Award, which honors outstanding faculty accomplishments between September 2019 and August 2020. Donovan Hohn, Professor of English, was honored for The Inner Coast, a book of nonfiction essays that provides an engaging chronicle of his journeys--emotional, historical, and physical--through the landscape of the United States. Natalie Bakopoulos, Associate Professor of English, was honored for Scorpionfish, a novel set in contemporary Athens that deftly explores the nature of art and love.
