Donovan Hohn (professor of English) has received the President's Award for Excellence in Teaching, the highest honor for teaching at Wayne State.
A specialist in nonfiction writing, Professor Hohn has reinvigorated creative writing courses at Wayne State, fostering a supportive atmosphere that leads to transformative experiences for students at all levels of the curriculum and helps them become writers who engage with the world as journalists, essayists, and editors.
