U.S. News names Wayne State's Online Master's in Criminal Justice among the best in the nation for 2023
U.S. News and World Report has once again ranked Wayne State's online master's in criminal justice program among the best in the state and the nation for 2023. The online program was ranked #39 out of 95 in the Best Online Master's in Criminal Justice Programs.
U.S. News evaluated master's degree programs in criminal justice and criminology using five categories including engagement, faculty credentials and training, services and technologies, expert opinion and student excellence.
"This ranking affirms the mission of our program - to equip our students with the tools and confidence they need to make a difference in the field of criminal justice," said Brad Smith, chair of the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice. "We're thrilled to once again receive this national recognition."
U.S. News rankings are highly regarded as a benchmark of excellence in online education, measuring student engagement and success, faculty credentials, university services and technology, reputation within the academic community and admissions criteria, among other factors.
