WSU chemistry research group receives new funding supported by BASF

Wayne State's Department of Chemistry's Winter Research Group has been awarded new funding with the support of BASF (the largest chemical producer in the world).

This funding will allow the Winter Research Group laboratory to explore the synthesis and properties of new chemical precursors to allow the growth of electropositive metal thin films by thermal atomic layer deposition (ALD).
