Now hiring: Analytical/organic chemistry tenure-track faculty
Wayne State's Department of Chemistry invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in analytical or organic chemistry, broadly defined with a focus on interdisciplinary biomedical research.
About the position
The expected start date is August 2025. A Ph.D. in Chemistry or a related field is required for this position. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate the ability to establish a nationally recognized, externally funded research program. The candidate will join a dynamic and accomplished faculty dedicated to outstanding research and teaching. Access to state-of-the-art department facilities and collaborative prospects across the main campus, medical school and local industry will facilitate the candidate’s professional development in a supportive environment.
