Charles Winter receives Semiconductor Research Corporation grant

Wayne State University Chemistry's Professor Charles Winter will receive a new three year grant from the Semiconductor Research Corporation to study new atomic layer deposition precursors for metal nitride films. Research in the Winter laboratory is directed toward the synthesis and characterization of metal-containing compounds and nanoparticles. Congratulations!
