Brooke Corbin completes Ph.D. degree
Brooke Corbin successfully defended her thesis: "Understanding the Effects of Ligand Environment on Important Properties of Redox-active Europium Using Computational Chemistry and T1-weighted Magnetic Resonance Imaging" on January 13th, 2022 at Wayne State University. Brooke completed her work under the direction of Matthew Allen (advisor), Claudio Verani, Tom Linz and Shannon Biros (Grand Valley State University). She has also started a new role as the MARC Program Facilitator at WSU Chemistry. The MARC scholarship program is for students in their junior and senior years year at WSU and focuses on student success and professional development in biomedical research careers.
