Students Volunteer at Forgotten Harvest

Sociology Cares students took an afternoon study break on Friday, April 24, 2015 and packed 6,200 pounds of bulk rice at Forgotten Harvest for distribution to emergency food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters and group homes throughout the Metro Detroit area. The group of undergrad students were accompanied by graduate student Robin West Smith. Not only were they productive, but fun was had by all.
