Ph.D students participate at American society of criminology meeting

A panel of three Wayne State University Ph.D. candidates, along with two students from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, presented at the American Society of Criminology's 73rd annual meeting in Philadelphia, PA.

The panel examined multiple institutions in education and corrections illustrating the wide range of outcomes in delinquency and reentry programs varied by race, class, and gender.

Each presenter's study analyzed both the individual's institutional experience mediated by both their own positionality as well as environmental factors.
