Bradley Axelrod, completed his Ph.D. at Wayne in 1989. He is currently in his 25th year with the Department of Veterans Affairs He is the clinical neuropsychologist responsible for all inpatient and outpatient evaluations at the John D. Dingell VAMC in Detroit, training 70 interns in neuropsychology. He has written 14 book chapters, published over 150 journal articles, and made over 200 research presentations at professional meetings. Dr. Axelrod recently published the book, Dissertation Solutions: A Concise Guide to Planning, Implementing, and Surviving the Dissertation Process to assist doctoral students in completing their dissertations.
Dawn Bielawski, obtained her Ph.D. in 1999. During her time as a faculty member in the Department of Pediatrics at the WSU School of Medicine, she was asked to volunteer on the Institutional Review Board, which she enjoyed so much that she transitioned to working there full-time in 2011. She recently completed a graduate certificate in complementary therapies in Healthcare through the College of Nursing. Dawn also has a scientific editing and writing business specializing in editing manuscripts, grant proposals, and writing coaching for students.
Dan Landis, Ph.D., General-theoretical, 1963. Emeritus professor of psychology (University of Mississippi); Emeritus dean, College of Liberal Arts (University of Mississippi); Affiliate professor of psychology, University of Hawaii, Hilo and Manoa; Founding (1977-2011) and special issues editor (2012), International Journal of Intercultural Relations; Behavioral sciences section editor (2012), SpringerPlus, an open access/peer-reviewed journal; Executive director, International Academy for Intercultural Research.
He is the recipient of the 2012 APA Award for Distinguished Contributions to International Advancement of Psychology. His latest book, co-authored with Rosita Albert, is entitled the Handbook of Ethnic Conflict: International Perspectives (2012 Springer). Landis is also the recipient of the 2013 William B.Gudykunst award for best book on intercultural relations.
William Milberg, Ph.D., clinical, 1978. Millberg is the founder and director of the Geriatric Neuropsychology Laboratory.
