Dickson delivers keynote at international leadership conference

Department of Psychology Professor Marcus Dickson gave a keynote presentation Feb. 27 at the annual symposium of the Centre for Leadership and Innovation at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong. The conference invites leadership researchers from around the world, and especially from Asia, to discuss current developments in research and practice in cross-cultural organizational leadership.

Dickson's talk was titled "A theory holding together: Cross-cultural leadership research, progress, and pitfalls." I/O Psychology graduate student Michelle Mullins also contributed to the development of the talk.
