Roumell Family Annual Scholarship available to CLAS undergraduates
The Roumell Family Annual Scholarship in Research, Internship, Service, Engagement supports an undergraduate student, currently enrolled in a major in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS), to conduct original research with a CLAS faculty mentor. The CLAS Dean's Office will select two students to conduct research in winter and summer 2015. The total stipend amount will be at least $2,000.
This scholarship was created to provide support and recognition to students participating in undergraduate research, service learning or other experiential learning activities. The scholarship will be awarded during the Oct. 9 CLAS Showcase event.
CLAS Showcase Poster Contest
An undergraduate research poster contest will also be held during the Oct. 9 CLAS Showcase. Deadline for submissions is Friday, Oct. 3.
