Marc Wolf named CLAS senior director of business affairs
Marc Wolf has been appointed senior director of business affairs for Wayne State University's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS). Wolf brings a wealth of experience to the position, having previously held leadership roles in finance and operations at the University of Michigan.
In his new role, Wolf is responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the largest of Wayne State's 13 schools and colleges.
"Marc is an experienced business professional with a proven track record of success in higher ed," said Stephanie Hartwell, dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. "We're thrilled to have him join the dean's office team and look forward to the positive impact he'll have on CLAS and WSU."
Wolf's appointment comes at a critical time for the university, as it continues to navigate the challenges posed by a shifting landscape in higher education. His experience in finance and operations will be especially valuable in helping the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences continue to deliver high-quality academic programs to its students.
