Xiaolong Han returns to speak at WSU

Xiaolong Han spoke in the department's PDE seminar on Thursday, May 30, about his recent work in microlocal analysis. He received his Ph.D. from our department in 2012, under the supervision of Guozhen Lu, and is now working as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Australian National University in Canberra, Australia.

After attending a workshop on analytic microlocal analysis at Northwestern University, just north of Chicago, last week, he took the opportunity to visit friends and colleagues at WSU and bring us up to date on his latest research.
