Note to students about COVID-19

During this difficult and ever-changing time of COVID-19, the Department of Mathematics is committed to providing WSU students resource support in a safe and caring online environment.

What services and/or resources are available?

All classroom instructions have transitioned over to online. If your instructor has not contacted you about this yet, then please reach out to him/her via email.

Advisors will offer online advising. If you are a WSU student look for advising, then please email Fatih Celiker (master's program) or email Pei-Yong Wang (Ph.D. program). If you are an undergraduate student, then please schedule an appointment with Kim Morgan through AdvisingWorks and then she will contact you with instructions for your online appointment.

The MRC tutors will offer online tutoring services in Canvas weekly on Monday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. WSU students will be allowed to submit questions in Canvas outside of our active online tutoring hours, and a tutor will respond to those questions as soon as possible.
