Williamson Fellowship awarded to Prof. Progovac

Ljiljana Progovac has been awarded a Marilyn Williamson Endowed Distinguished Faculty Fellowship for 2014-15. The fellowship carries a $20,000 award. Prof. Progovac will use her award funds in support of her new research project "In Search of Protosyntax in the Brain," which is an fMRI study of brain activation in syntactic processing.
