Visit with alumni Tom Segall and Floyd Layton

On March 30th, 2018, the WSU geology department was honored with a visit from alumni Floyd Layon and R. Thomas Segall - both graduating from WSU in the early 1960s.

Dave Lowrie was also a student in the geology department at that time! Both Floyd and Tom were employed for many years at the Michigan Geology Survey, and Tom served as the state geologist of Michigan from 1981 to 1995.
