Geology student snags chemistry award

Jason Jweda received the 2006 American Chemical Society Division of Analytical Chemistry Award in recognition of superior academic achievement in the Analytical Chemistry classes taken through the Department of Chemistry, Wayne State University.

In addition to the Chemistry Award Certificate, Jason received a year-long membership in the American Chemical Society and a free subscription to the journal Analytical Chemistry.

Jason took the Analytical Chemistry course in fall 2005 and was presented with the award by his professor, Dr. David Coleman.
