Poetry book by Distinguished Professor Melba Boyd selected as a 2013 Michigan Notable Book

Distinguished Professor Melba Boyd's poetry book "Death Dance of a Butterfly" has been selected as a 2013 Michigan Notable Book.

On the website for the 2013 Michigan Notable Books, Dr. Boyd's work is described as "an insightful examination of her relationships with family, friends, and colleagues. She writes of the complexities, joys and sadness of lives shared and the influences of daily living on them.
