Daphne Ntiri receives 2014 Dr. Arthur L. Johnson Individual Community Leadership Award

Wayne State University's Daphne Ntiri, associate professor of Africana Studies and Chair of WSU Another Chance, an outreach literacy program, received the 2014 Dr. Arthur L. Johnson Individual Community Leadership Award for advocacy and advancement of adult literacy in the community at WSU's annual Martin Luther King Jr. Tribute program on Friday, January 17, 2014.
