M.U.P. alum among Spirit of Community award finalists

M.U.P. alum, Camille Walker-Banks, has been named a finalist for the Spirit of Community Awards. View the 2018 newsletter for a complete listing of the finalists.

Camille is the executive director of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses, which is a program for small businesses that links learning to action.

Under Camille's leadership, Michigan companies participating in the Goldman Sachs10,000 Small Businesses program have outpaced the US small businesses' and 10,000 Small Businesses' national averages in increasing revenues and job creation. Prior to joining 10KSB, Camille served as a business development manager for the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and as an economic development facilitator/community development supervisor for the City of Madison Heights.
