According to Dietetics Professor Tonia Reinhard, there are six foods proven to make you happy.
They are (1) chocolate, (2) fish, (3) dark green vegetables, (4) beans (including soybeans), (5) nuts, (6) coffee. Two food or drink items not to use is (1) alcohol as it is a depressant of the central nervous system and (2) baked goods, when you eat them, you tend to want more.
