Professor Retish gives interview on Ukrainian Election

Petro Poroshenko, a pro-Western billionaire, is the front-runner of the Ukrainian presidential race. Wayne State Associate Professor of History Aaron Retish joined Craig Fahle on Skype from Kazakhstan to offer an update on Ukraine.

Ukranians will go to the polls on May 25 to cast their vote. "If the elections do not go off well, it shows that Kiev's government is even weaker than we had imagined," Retish said.
