Room event scheduling
Please send requests for room and event scheduling in the English department by email to email@example.com.
The department calendar can be viewed by bookmarking this page or directly visiting calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=englishdepartmentwsu%40gmail.com&ctz=America/New_York. This is viewable by everyone.
When making a request, please include the preferred room [9405.1 (east side smaller conference room), 9304 (west side smaller conference room), or 10302 (10th floor larger conference room)], inclusive times, and the name of the event. If you are providing information about an event that is located at another location, please provide the location as well as other information. For events located in our department, please review the events that are already scheduled and their locations before making a request.
