The inaugural class of 2019-2020 ALA Fellows

The Academic Leadership Academy (ALA) is a one-year program for full-time faculty and academic staff to utilize their knowledge of Wayne State University's mission to cultivate more effective leaders. The participants, known as ALA Fellows, have been selected to use what is learned during this program and apply it to their current roles. ALA Fellows are also tasked with conducting a leadership project of their choice to improve an aspect of campus life.
