Ph.D candidate Patrick McLaughlin wins prize at AMS conference
Patrick McLaughlin, PhD candidate in the Higgs Lab, won a prize for the best oral presentation at the Michigan Branch of the American Society for Microbiology conference hosted by Michigan State University on April 1, 2017. His talk was entitled "Characterizing auto regulation of a cell fate determination protein in Myxococcus xanthus".
