Grad student Anna Boegehold Snars Society for Frewshwater Science Award

The Society of Freshwater Science recently announced that Anna Boegehold, a second-year Ph.D. student working with Dr. Donna Kashian, will receive the Graduate Student Conservation Research Award this year for her proposal "Effects of cyanobacteria on limiting dreissenid reproduction."

The award will give Anna over $1000 for her research work. This is a highly competitive award within the Society, and is usually awarded to more advanced students. This is indeed a great accolade for Anna!
