WSU's Master of Public Administration ranked among the best in the nation

Wayne State University's Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) program has been ranked among the best in the nation, according to U.S. News and World Report. Ranked 85th overall, the M.P.A. program focuses on preparing students for careers in public and nonprofit sectors. This ranking is a testament to the hard work of the faculty, staff, and students in the program.

The rankings of the public affairs programs were based solely on peer assessment survey results. In fall 2022 and early 2023, U.S. News surveyed deans, directors and department chairs representing 269 master's programs in public affairs and administration.
