Research: We are interested in the role of specific dietary components on cholesterol and lipoprotein metabolism. Current projects are focused on 1) post-prandial lipoprotein metabolism in humans 2) the effects of dietary fatty acids on plasma lipoprotein metabolism 3) dietary and lifestyle changes and how they impact health in different ethnic groups
