Welcome to the Department of Nutrition and Food Science

Science Hall

Courses in the Department of Nutrition and Food Science are designed for students in three distinct groups: a) those majoring in nutrition and food science who are interested in entering either the nutrition or the food science profession; b) those interested in entering the dietetics field; and c) for those wishing to fulfill the prerequisites for pre-professional health programs (e.g. medical, dental, pharmacy, physician-assistant, physical therapy).
